Rules of golf - Certification

​All new members of the 2022 HHGJT are required to be R&A Rules Level 1 Certified. Please click on the image below to register and start the new modernization of golf rules training academy. Upon completion of the R&A Rules Training Academy you will be issued a Level 1 Certificate to submit to HHJGT staff . Please submit R&A Rules Level 1 certificates to info@hhjgt.com prior to June 27, 2022.

2022 Hamilton Halton junior Golf Tour - Our 39th Season!

​The Tour is run today in keeping with the traditions that were started when the Tour began in 1984.  A reasonable registration fee allows the Tour players to participate in the tour at an affordable price and provides them seven exciting rounds of golf, friendly competition and a year-end awards banquet.
2022 HHJGT: 7-Event Tour Season

The Tour provides opportunities for players to make new friends and learn valuable life lessons. Past Champions and Tour players have used their Tour experience to obtain educational and golf scholarships throughout the U.S. and Canada to further pursue their education and golfing careers. The Tour also provides a means for players to learn the rules of golf, the game's etiquette and how to compete to ensure their evolution as a golfer.

HHjgt...Thank you Rick Bahula for your dedication and service to our Tour

​Rick Bahula has stepped down from the HHJGT Board of Directors after 22 years of dedicated service. Rick is a Past President of the HHJGT, serving in that role from 2006-2007, treasurer, and event volunteer throughout his tenure as a HHJGT Board member.

​He feels it is important to give back to the community and the HHJGT is a great local non-profit organization to get involved with which helps young athletes in our community develop their golf skills in a friendly, competitive environment.

The HHJGT Board of Directors would like to thank Rick for his past efforts in supporting the tour and wish him well in his future endeavours.

In memory of James McDowell (1942-2019)

Our Condolences to the McDowell family.  A founding member of the HHJGT established in 1984, 1st President of the HHJGT and visionary for junior golf development and growth in the Hamilton and Halton regions.  Fostering lifelong relationships with players, parents, and community.  RIP Jim.
